Welcome to Virtual Care LLC (“Virtual Care” or “we”). These terms of service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of our telemedicine services, including our website and mobile application (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.

Services:
Virtual Care provides telemedicine services, including general, primary care, mental health, specialist care, and wellness & nutrition. Our services are provided by licensed healthcare providers.

Eligibility:
The Services are intended for use by adults who are capable of forming legally binding contracts. By accessing or using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

Privacy:
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose personal information that we gather through the Services. By accessing or using the Services, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Content:
You are responsible for any content that you submit through the Services, including any text, images, or other materials. You must not submit any content that is false, defamatory, inaccurate, or otherwise objectionable. You must also comply with any additional terms

Billing and Financial:
Virtual Care LLC will submit claims to your insurance carrier for services rendered. However, please note that you are responsible for understanding and complying with the terms of your insurance coverage. This includes, but is not limited to, verifying your benefits and coverage, and understanding any limitations or exclusions that may apply.
You authorize Virtual Care LLC to release any medical or other information necessary to process insurance claims and to receive payment for services rendered. You will be responsible for any co-payments, deductibles, or any other charges not covered by your insurance.
If your insurance carrier denies payment for services rendered, you will be responsible for the full amount of the charges. Virtual Care LLC will provide you with the necessary information to appeal denied claims with your insurance carrier.
In the event that you are responsible for any charges, the fee will be clearly stated before you book an appointment and may vary depending on the type of service provided. Virtual Care LLC accepts major credit cards, debit cards, and HSA/FSA cards as forms of payment.
You agree to pay the fee for the services you receive through the use of a valid payment method. If your payment method fails or your account is past due, we may collect fees owed using other collection mechanisms. This may include charging other payment methods on file with us, retaining collection agencies and legal counsel, and/or taking any other action we reasonably deem necessary to collect the fees you owe.
It is your responsibility to ensure that your contact and billing information is accurate and up-to-date. If you believe that you have been charged in error, please contact Virtual Care LLC’s customer support team immediately at .

Refunds and Cancellations:
Virtual Care LLC does not offer refunds for services that have been provided. If you wish to cancel an appointment, you must do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. If you do not show up for a scheduled appointment or cancel less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time, you could be charged the full fee for the service or cancellation fee.
